Geology students study the materials that make up earth and the processes that form and change these materials. Topics covered include: minerals identification of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks, late tectonics, surface and ground water, volcanoes, earthquakes, mountain building, and the study of Geologic time eras.
